Pain is okay sometimes, just pain - my pain is really hurting me
Justing waiting for painkillers to click in.

I can't believe that helping out in the school yesterday has caused the of stiffness and pain to go up, knee you are hurting me

off to work doctor tomorrow regarding my recoup plan im on, shall see what he says about the horrible pain ive got.

Hi Jane - so sorry that you're feeling such pain. I hope the meds are starting to work better for you. It's really difficult when you're trying to do so much in the run up to Christmas - maybe it was sitting on the little chairs at school that set it off again. Lots of cool packs alternating with warmth and gentle movement to get it all moving, and do rest with your leg up whenever you can - I put a pillow between my knees when I'm in bed and that helps a bit.
